Admin Commands are available for only Admin.

1. Admin Commands	Description
amx_kick <name or #userid> [reason]	Kicks a player from the server.
amx_ban <name or #userid> [reason]	Bans a player from the server.
amx_addban <authid or ip> <minutes> [reason]	Adds a ban to the server ban list.
amx_unban <authid or ip>	Unbans a player from the server.
amx_slay <name or #userid>	Slays a player.
amx_slap <name or #userid> [damage]	Slaps a player for variable damage.
amx_leave <tag> [tag1] [tag2]	Kick all players not wearing one of the tags.
amx_pause	Pauses or unpauses the game.
amx_who	Displays who is on the server.
amx_cvar <cvar> [value]	Changes or displays a cvar value.
amx_map <mapname>	Changes the map.
amx_cfg <filename>	Executes a server side config file.
amx_rcon <rcon command>	Executes a command on the server console.
amx_plugins	Lists all loaded plugins.
amx_modules	Lists all loaded modules.

These Commands are available for All Players.

2. Chat Commands	Description
amx_say <message>	Sends a message to all players in normal chat.
amx_chat <message>	Sends a message to all players in normal chat.
amx_psay <name or #userid> message	Sends a private message to a player.
amx_tsay <color> <message>	Sends a left side HUD message to all players in various colors.
amx_csay <color> <message>	Sends a center HUD message to all players in various colors.

3. Vote Commands	Description
amx_votemap <map> [map] [map] [map]	Starts voting.
amx_votekick <name or #userid>	Starts a vote to kick a player.
amx_voteban <name or #userid>	Starts a vote to ban a player.
amx_vote <question> <answer1> <answer2>	Starts a custom poll.
amx_cancelvote	Cancels the last poll in progress.

4. Stats Commands	Description
/hp	Displays information about the player that killed you.
/statsme	Displays your stats.
/stats	Displays other players stats.
/top15	Displays the top 15 players on the server.
/rank	Displays your rank on the server.

5. Say Commands	Description
nextmap	Displays the next map in the maycycle.
timeleft	Displays the time left on the map.
thetime	Displays the current time.

6. Menu Commands	Description
amxmodmenu	Displays the main AMX Mod X menu.
amx_cvarmenu	Displays the CVAR menu.
amx_mapmenu	Displays the map change menu.
amx_votemapmenu	Displays the map voting menu.
amx_kickmenu	Displays the kick menu.
amx_banmenu	Displays the ban menu.
amx_slapmenu	Displays the slap/slay menu.
amx_teammenu	Displays the team switch menu.
amx_clcmdmenu	Displays the client commands menu.
amx_restmenu	Displays the weapons restrictions menu.
amx_teleportmenu	Displays the teleport menu.

MAKE MULTIPLE COUNTER STRIKE SERVER IN 1 PC

How to Host more than one Server in 1 PC :-

1. You need a very fast computer for Hosting / Creating Many Counter Strike Server.Many Server Hosting companies are using this technique.
2. Don't use high configuration Windows OS in the PC like Windows Vista , 7 or 8. Even i am not recommending Windows XP.
3. Use Windows 9X , Windows NT, or Windows 2000.

4. Now you have to check the ISP and Uploading Speed for checking No. of Server / No. of Players.
From Here :

128k uplink = 4 players 
256k uplink = 7 players 
320k uplink = 9 players 
512k uplink = 14 players 
768k uplink = 21 players 
1024k uplink = 28 player
1140k uplink = 32 players (max for HLDS) (21 players for CS:S)
1708k uplink = 32 players for CS:S (max)

So for this Go to the speedtest.net and Calculate the max no player can be Hosted.

5. Divide the players in such a way that when all of them added should give you the total player capacity of your server. eg- If you have total of 24  player capacity then you can have several servers running with different configuration like
a) Two Servers of 12 players capacity each so that 12+12 =24.
b)One 4 players capacity, Second 12 player capacity, third 8 player capacity .. so that 4+12+8 = 24.

6.These are the most important Settings that you must configure properly for your server:

(i) sv_maxrate

(ii) sv_minrate

(iii) sv_maxupdaterate

(iv)  sv_voicecodec voice_speex

(v) sv_voiceenable 0

(vi) sv_voicequality 2

Do not enable "sv_voiceenable 1" because its causes Lag and Loss.
Configure these setting by this Equation :-

sv_minrate = 0 (always).

sv_maxupdaterate = sv_maxrate/300.

sv_maxrate  =125 x uploadspeed / Numbers of player on Server.

7. Now the most important thing to create Multiple Server :- 1st you have to launch the Server in Console Mode.
(a) Go to the main Folder of Server / Counter Strike 1.6.
(b) Right click on hlds.exe and create shortcut on Desktop.
(c) Right click on that Shortcut on desktop and add these words in Target Area and save.

-console -game cstrike +sys_ticrate 1000 +heapsize 250000 +maxplayers 14 +map de_nuke -port 27015

Configure Maximum Players, Map, Port.
(d) Double click on it to launch the Server.
(e) After launch the server, Right chick on hlds.exe and Change the Port (-port <XXXX>) then Save and Launch Again and Again.

**You can use different Directory For Different Server if you r a Service Provider.

HOW TO PATCH THE SERVER FOR NON-STEAM (p-47) & STEAM (p-48) CLIENTS

For accepting both (p-47 &p-48) client connection, there is two patches are available :-

1. Dproto (Recommended) :- 

  Dproto Latest Dual Protocol method of Patching Counter Strike 1.6 Server. This method works through addons plugin, 

  so for this make sure addons plugin is install in Server. In most of the Counter Strike Client / Server have pre-installed Addons. 

               OR,   INSTALL ADDONS IN COUNTER STRIKE SERVER

INSTALLATION:-  (a) DOWNLOAD DPROTO (Dproto) LATEST VERSION

                                (B) Double click on it and Extract / Marge it , in main Counter Strike folder (as file format is .RAR).

                                       [[ .\cstrike\addons\dproto\dproto.dll ] is the location of file after Extraction.]

                                (c) Then go to ..\cstrike\addons\metamod, open plugins.ini and add this line there:

   After downloading extract it. Double click the swsd47_48.exe file and choose installation folder , the main directory of Counter Strike Server (Where hlds.exe is) . That's it.

How to use NOFORCE commands in Counter Strike 1.6 & Condition Zero

Noforce commands basically are for disabling mouse acceleration in Counter Strike 1.6 / CZ / Source, its on by default even if enhance pointer precision option is turned on. But for smooth gaming
 pointer precision must be off.
To disable pointer precision:-
1. Open control panel and open mouse properties.

2 .Mouse speed close to 6/11 for good gaming.
3. Uncheck 'Enhance pointer precision' option in pointers tab. Don't worry, it wont degrade any
   precision of pointer or something, this option is meant only for low DPI mice back some years.
4. Click apply and OK.

For Steam:-

1. Open steam, go to games list, right click on the Counter Strike 1.6 and select properties.

2. Click on set launch options button and in the text field type this
-noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd
3. Click on ok, and run the game.

For Non-Steam:-
1. For non-steam users create a shortcut of hl.exe and in its properties put
  -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd
    just after 1 space (after double quotes) in the target field.

3. For CZ :-   -game czero -noforcemparms -noforcemacce -noforcemspd

If you do want exact 1-to-1 in-game, then configure your mouse pointer speed slider set to 6/11 with disable control panel 'Enhance pointer precision'. Then use noforce commands.

Game Version: Counter-Strike: (Steam Version)

Age: 13+
Competition Method : 5 vs. 5 (Team Play, 5 players per team)
The Server Master will record a demo of the match.
 Rounds: 30 Rounds (Max rounds format): 15 rounds as Terrorists and 15 rounds as Counter-Terrorists per team (If a team scores 16 rounds first, the match is ended immediately.)
Victory Condition: The first team to win 16 rounds.
Round Time: 1 minute 45 seconds.
The team playing as the Terrorist side first will be announced before the match or decided by coin toss / Knife Round.
In the case of a tie after the regulation rounds end, 6 extra rounds will be played.(3 rounds as Terrorists / 3
rounds as Counter-Terrorists per team)
Extra Round restart money: $10,000
In the case of yet another tie after the 6 extra rounds, as stated above, 6 additional extra rounds will be played until the tie is broken.
Official Maps: De_Dust2, De_Inferno, De_Nuke, De_Train, De_tuscan
Only team leaders are  allowed to use public in-game messages (messagemode1) within a match. The rule also applies when dead. Use  of messagemode1 by any member other than the team leader shall result in a warning. Other team members must only use team message (messagemode2), while in a match.
